I want to upload some of my music & I'm having trouble. Any help gratefully received.

Like pictures, you need a place to host it. I'd set up a page here:

http://www.soundclick.com/

or here:

http://www.myspace.com/

Then upload your songs to it, and put the link up here. We are waiting with bait on our breath... or something like that.
