There are certain words in our host's mod_security configuration that are forbidden in posts because they can be used as system commands in a hack attempt.
For obvious reasons I'm not going to post the entire list, but even something seemingly innocuous like "t r i m" would be zapped by the security system. There's nothing you're doing wrong - it's just that your post contains one or more of those words. The best thing to do when you get this error is to preview your post repeatedly, removing or changing sentences until you find the offending word, then make appropriate changes.
BTW - we have no control over the master mod_security configuration file other than turning it off altogether. Since other security features are in this module, this will remain on at all times.
