Those #!$!% smileys to the left of the message box...

Those animated smileys which are always present on the left side of the message box ... as I type this message. Am I the only one who is really annoyed by them?

I don't mind that people use them in posts, that's amusing enough. But when they take up half the screen while you are composing a message, you can barely think straight, with all the flickering and animating happening directly opposite your text. It is incredibly distracting. I am in the middle of writing a response in the Fab Forum right now, but it makes me want to give up the message.

If they are moved off to the "View more smilies" pop up window (which I think, is where they used to belong), that'll fix the problem. It's just way too much at the moment.
