How the heck do you embed a Facebook video?

The code makes no sense to me; there is only one number/# associated with the video?

Those 2 numbers determine the size of the embed window, and can be of your own choosing.

Jay's post uses 227 and 327, but larger numbers will make the video show up larger, and conversely for smaller numbers.

I haven't done enough of FB postings yet to know what the limits are.
