Problem viewing attached pics and video

Over the past few weeks, I find that when I view some thread posts where members have attached pictures and/or video clips, I can't see them on my PC..

I think a couple of other members have the same issue.

Is this an issue with our individual PCs etc or is there some new format or upgrade for pics or clips which can't be accessed without upgrading our individual PCs etc?
